Covid 19 & Latest Updates

Covid Update - effective from Jan 27th, 2022
With the Government ending all 'Plan B' restrictions from today, Masks are no longer required to enter our stores. We do however encourage you to wear a mask should you prefer to do so. If you enter wearing a mask, our staff will also wear their masks for the duration of your visit. Spare masks are always available if you've forgotten yours, just ask as you enter.
Hand sanitiser is still available at all entrances and we ask that you use this when entering the building.
Still no teas & coffees over the counter quite yet unfortunately. Changing room & customer bathroom facilities are once again open for your convenience.
Should you have any questions or hesitations before visiting, fell free to give us a call and we'll do everything we can to cater to your concerns.
Covid Update - effective from December 1st, 2021
Masks are now once again mandatory in shops and you will be required to wear one to enter our stores. Where possible we will provide a mask if you do not have your own.
Covid Update - effective from October 5th, 2021
As of October 2021, all our staff are now double vaccinated. Now that all staff have this extra level of protection against Covid-19, we would like to strike a balance between the risk of Covid-19 and getting some well-earned freedoms back. Throughout the pandemic, our staff have worked incredibly hard, under unprecedented, challenging circumstances.
It is no longer mandatory for you to wear a mask when visiting one of our stores. However, for the sake of our staff and business’s welfare, it would be encouraged if you choose to do so. If you enter either one of our stores wearing a mask, our staff will also wear a mask. Please bear in mind that you will come into close proximity to our staff when setting up either a new bike or a demo bike. A mask would be really appreciated in this circumstance.
Our mail order service is always available for anyone wishing to place orders through our site and you can still reach us through the usual channels; email, live chat and phone.
If you are visiting one of our stores, please respect the rules below. If you, or anyone from your household are ill or showing symptoms of Covid, please stay away.
- Masks are no longer mandatory but are encouraged. We have spare masks available if you’ve lost yours. If you are wearing a mask, Stif staff will wear theirs.
- Please continue to use hand sanitiser upon entry.
- No tea, coffee or beers quite yet – sorry!
- The store is being thoroughly cleaned daily and all touch points are being cleaned throughout the day
Thank you again for your continued support and understanding.
Thanks
The Stif team
