Once you get to the end we'll add the right amount of spokes for you and you can add your wheels to your cart. Building & delivering your wheels is on us. Finance options are available from the Cart once you've added your wheels.

The Flow EX3 combines the 29mm internal width and durable 6069 aluminum construction of the Flow MK3 with the incredibly strong triple cavity design of the classic Flow EX rim. The result is a new rim shape that perfectly balances radial compliance with lateral stiffness and sets an entirely new benchmark for durability and impact resistance.
The Flow EX3 rim’s Tiebeam inner bridge lets it withstand impacts that would deform most rims to the point of air loss and structural failure. Even if you use a tire insert, huge impacts can cause the sidewall of most rims to fold, causing air loss and eventual failure. But the Tiebeam brace and patented low sidewalls of the Flow EX3 resist this folding, maintaining air pressure and structural integrity better than any other rim. The Hope Pro series hubs have a reputation for bulletproof reliability, a complete catalogue of spare parts and versatile, modular axle fitments. The Hope Pro 5 is one of the leading after market hubs available.
Designed, machined and assemble right here in the UK at Hope's Barnoldswick factory, the Pro 5 is engineered to the highest standards and tested rigorously to perform in the worst of the UK weather.
New 108 point engagement utilises a 6 pawl offset design where 3 pawls are engaged at any time on the 54 tooth ratchet ring.
A redesigned spring and pawl greatly reduce rotational friction. Material removed from the centre of the spring reduces spring force and free hub drag.
Wider pawls now sit inside the spring, which acts as a pawl seat inside the free hub. This helps increase load capacity and reduce wear of the free hub body pawl seats.
New drive side labyrinth seal has zero drag and improved sealing against water and dirt ingress. It's also now much easier to remove and install the seals and free hub!
Main axle has been machined with increased distance between the free hub bearings to improve stiffness. A taper on the drive side allows for a larger diameter drive side bearing for increased strength and durability.

Industry Nine Hydra Classic Boost 148 6B Rear Hub

Industry Nine Classic hubs are the heart of your wheelset, everything revolves around them, literally.
Every Classic mountain hub is made start to finish in Industry Nine's Asheville, NC machine shop. From turning and milling bar stock 7075-T6 aluminum for shells, axles and endcaps, wire EDM cutting A2 tool steel for pawls and driverings, to their own in-house anodization lab, every step of design, engineering, manufacturing and assembly is done on premises to exacting standards.
The culmination of innumerable miles on the bike and hours in the shop, the new Hydra hubs are the pinacle of engineering. An evolution from the already super impressive Torch drive system, Industry Nine's new Hydra drive is a project over two and a half years in the making. Featuring an insane 690 points of engagement, or .52° between each engagement, Industry Nine claim they have maximised the potential of the mechanical engagement system. A 115 tooth drive ring combines with 6 leaf-sprung pawls that engage individually at first, but when torque is applied (through pedalling) team up to create a solid and reliable feeling of instant engagement.
From the outset of the Hydra project, Industry Nine focused on improving bearing life and reducing drag in comparison to their previous efforts. Hydra tempers uncontrolled axle and bearing movements conventional designs can’t mechanically limit, thus improving bearing life and decreasing resistance. Hydra offers consistent, reliable engagement without overloaded bearings, axles or hub shells.
With performance taken care of, Industry Nine have also improved the serviceability of their hubs with the Hydra. The new hub design gave Industry Nine the opportunity to update their end caps as well. Industry Nine have updated the drive side end cap to hold a larger o-ring that is intended to be more durable and has a much lesser chance of being compromised during routine maintenance.
Suitable for any discipline of riding, the Hydra hubs are lightweight, reliable, built to last and easily serviceable without the use of any proprietary tools.
Last - but by no means least - there's the noise! There's nothing quite like it! It's tunable with different viscosities of grease, but if it we're our money we'd turn it up to 11!
